Northstar Steel is now offering CNC router cut and engraved gauge and Switch panels. These panels are made of a natural ABS plastic 3/16” thick coated with a durable dull black santex finish. They can be made in both backlit and non lighted versions. Sizes at this time can range from a 3” x 3” panel to a 24” x 48” panel.
Backlit versions can run DC or AC current and can be installed in both indoor and outdoor applications. Lights are available in a wide range of colors (white, red, blue, green, yellow, etc...) and sizes. Also the lights can be cut to many different shapes or have holes in them. The life expectancy of the light is approximately 10,000-20,000hrs or 3 to 5 yrs. These lights a very thin (.020in) and generate very little.

Have no glass to break or gas to escape
Provide uniform lighting
Can be mounted on curved surfaces
No maintenance
